1) Why should Amalgamated Polymers go with Gulf Plastics for this project and not another company? What sets them apart? Because Gulf Plastics is a company that has been established since 2003 and they already have the basic infrastructure set up. Therefore sharing the costs with them would mean the total costs for expansion would not be that high. Costs would also be reduced due to the fact that there would be no need to expand production capacity by much.
